How to upload files for troubleshooting:
Generate the troubleshooter files.
- Click on the Start button -> All Programs -> GFI Mail Security.
- Click the GFI Mail Securuity Troubleshooter.
- Once the troubleshooter wizard completes, the the files will be copied to the ... Program Files\GFI\ContentSecurity\MailSecurity\Support folder.
- Kindly compress **ALL FILES & FOLDERS** located inside the Support folder.
- Please compress the files.
Generate the system information.
- Go to Start -> Run.
- Type "msinfo32 /nfo c:\msecinfo.nfo"
- The system information is completed when the size of c:\gfinfo.nfo is non-zero.
- Please compress the "c:\gfinfo.nfo" file.
Generate the Event logs.
- Open your Event Viewer.
- Select Application Log and click File -> "Save Log File As ..."
- Save the log file to the desktop in evt format.
- Collect the event logs for the System, Security, and other custom event logs.
