How to upload files for troubleshooting:

    Generate the troubleshooter files.
  1. Click on the Start button -> All Programs -> GFI Mail Security.
  2. Click the GFI Mail Securuity Troubleshooter.
  3. Once the troubleshooter wizard completes, the the files will be copied to the ... Program Files\GFI\ContentSecurity\MailSecurity\Support folder.
  4. Kindly compress **ALL FILES & FOLDERS** located inside the Support folder.
  5. Please compress the files.
    Generate the system information.
  1. Go to Start -> Run.
  2. Type "msinfo32 /nfo c:\msecinfo.nfo"
  3. The system information is completed when the size of c:\gfinfo.nfo is non-zero.
  4. Please compress the "c:\gfinfo.nfo" file.
    Generate the Event logs.
  1. Open your Event Viewer.
  2. Select Application Log and click File -> "Save Log File As ..."
  3. Save the log file to the desktop in evt format.
  4. Collect the event logs for the System, Security, and other custom event logs.
  5. Please compress the files.
