 How to Send a Fax from Word by Means of the Outlook Form?

The following procedure applies to sending a fax from Word by means of the Outlook Form.

  1. Create your document in Microsoft Word
  2. Print to the GFI FAXmaker printer driver, or select the Send to mail recipient command in the Word menu.
  3. The Outlook new message dialog will come up.
  4. Select a recipient with a Business Fax field and click OK
  5. Click Send!
