Duties:

1. Provide support via email and telephone to customers with any issues they may have with our software and hardware products;
2. Troubleshoot Windows OS Server and Microsoft related products;
3. Conduct product presentation (technical side);
4. Conduct field work; and
5. Prepare task and field work reports

Requirements:

1. At least three years hands-on network administration experience with any two Microsoft server products including but not limited to the following:
   -ISA server
   -Exchange server
   -SQL server
   -IIS

2. At least three years hands-on work experience in any of the following GFI products:
   -GFI EndPointSecurity
   -GFI EventsManager
   -GFI FAXmaker
   -GFI LANguard
   -GFI MailArchiver
   -GFI MailEssentials
   -GFI MailSecurity
   -GFI Network Server Monitor
   -GFI WebMonitor

3. At least three years hands-on work experience with majority of the following:
   -Backup solutions
   -DNS, SMTP, SNTP, IMAP, POP3, IIS
   -3CX IP Phone System
   -VOIP

1.  Graduate of any 4-year IT-related course
2.  A fast learner
3.  With relevant industry certifications
4.  Good in spoken and written English
5.  With previous technical-support and product-support related work experience
6.  With driver's license
